About Us

Who We Are

A group of people who are learning more about how our brains function in order to take back the agency of ourselves and our family, in an effort to reverse the effects of digital dementia through allowing our digital addiction to effect our mind, body and spirit. We take full responsibility for who we are and why we need to change, and we also recognize that our attention has been monetized by corporations selling products that have been strategically designed to hack our mind and body's for capitalizing on profits at the expense of our mind, body and spirit. We strive to bring fact based information from the most recent studies, backed by science literature and professionals in various fields.

Our Purpose

Mission Statement

Our mission is to bring awareness to our community about the dangers of digital addiction by showing them the fundamentals of human biology and brain chemistry, and by providing a space that gives them an alternative to engaging in behavior that feeds into digital addiction. Through the propagation of knowledge, we will give back the physical and mental capacity to our community and facilitate a paradigm shift that will lead to the recalibration of our lives toward a more rich and meaningful experience through the practice and awareness of Eudaimonia.

Understanding Digital Dementia

Protect Your Brain in the Digital Age

Our constant connection to smartphones, search engines, and social media is quietly altering how our brains process information.

Over-relying on digital devices triggers digital dementia—a measurable decline in short-term memory, focus, and critical reasoning caused by cognitive overload, sleep disruption, and reduced face-to-face human interaction.

When we continuously offload basic mental tasks to digital algorithms, we weaken the vital neural pathways that govern emotional balance, impulse control, and memory retention.

By practicing intentional digital detoxes, enforcing daily screen boundaries, and replacing passive scrolling with physical activity and real-world connection, you can protect your brain's neuroplasticity, restore your focus, and reclaim your cognitive health.

Philosophy & Neurobiology

The Concept of Eudaimonia

Prolonged digital addiction floods the brain with “cheap dopamine,” stripping away executive focus and accelerating the cognitive decline known as digital dementia. Lasting recovery isn't about white-knuckling prohibition—it is found in Eudaimonia, the ancient pursuit of a purpose-driven, meaningful life.

By choosing effortful offline pursuits, quiet reflection, and authentic relationships over frictionless scrolling, you stimulate “slow dopamine,” resensitizing your reward pathways and rebuilding prefrontal brain function.

Adopting a eudaimonic mindset transforms digital detox from a painful restriction into a powerful homecoming—restoring your focus, mental clarity, and genuine capacity for human connection.
